Our recruitment missions Vinea Recruitment carries out complete recruitment missions for wine industry employers. For each mission, we write and publish a job advertisement, operate a selection among the applications, conduct interviews, examine references and diplomas, and present a few applicants to the employer, who makes the final choice.
Why is it useful to send a general application ? To complement the publishing of a job advertisement, we operate a direct search within our applicants database, and contact people who submitted their applications several months ago. Therefore it is in your interest to appear in this database, even if no on-going vacancy matches your search.
Application content You can either answer an advertisement for an on-going vacancy, or send us a general application. In both cases, your application must include a CV and a cover letter giving precise details : about your motivations for a specific position, or about your search (different job targets, geographical mobility, salary requirements).
Confidentiality We ensure strict confidentiality as to information regarding your job search, especially if you have a position at the moment of your application. We systematically remind the companies for which we carry out recruitments, through a clause of our contract, that they ought to respect this confidentiality. Rather than not mentioning your current employer on your CV, which considerably reduces its impact, you should mention your concern about confidentiality in the post scriptum of your cover letter. If you have applied for a specific job, we might pass on your application to the employer without informing you. On the other hand, once your application is part of our database, and in the event of a direct search in this base, we will not pass on your application to an employer without contacting you first.
