In an economic context of fusions, a number of wine companies have to lay off staff : they can now help them find a new job through Vinea recruitment's ouplacement activity.

Everyday we are approached by executives of the wine sector who require help in their job seeking procedures after being laid off. Facing this increasing demand, we have set up a new ouplacement program to bring companies and their staff a concrete and efficient solution.

This service is articulated in 4 stages. It includes a personal and professional report aimed at defining new carreer and professional orientations, as well as shaping up operational job seeking tools. It stretches over a period of 3 to 6 months.
